*Children can't attend the Advanced Camp without attending the Basic Camp first.
Submit your application for the 2022 Covey Rise Camp season with our handy form below. Select one date for your camp.
Once you have submitted your form, someone from Covey Rise will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your submission and take your deposit payment over the phone. Your child is not guaranteed a spot until your deposit has been received. If you have not heard from a Covey Rise representative after 48 hours of submitting your application, please call us at 985-747-0310 or email us at alec@coveyriselodge.com.
You will also need to download the waiver and doctor's permission form, fill them out, and turn them in when you bring your child to camp registration. IMPORTANT - YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND CAMP WITHOUT THE SIGNED WAIVER AND COMPLETED DOCTOR'S PERMISSION FORMS.
