Estimates

After contacting Covey Rise for a booking, customers are emailed an estimated total cost.

Reservation Policy

All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the approved estimate. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the visit.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be refunded, less a 15% processing fee, if cancellation notice is received in writing within 2 to 45  days before arrival date. Thereafter, deposits are non-refundable.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not mandatory, but are encouraged for our service oriented guides. If instructed we will add to your invoice a gratuity of 20% or an amount specified by you.

Cabins On The Lake Policies

* A two night minimum is required from Oct 15^th to April 15th.

* Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out is at 10am.

* Pets are not allowed in the cabin.

* Overnight guest are limited to the number of beds in the cabin.

3 bedrooms - 5 guest or 3 couples

4 bedrooms - 6 guest or 4 couples

*No air mattresses or sleeping on the sofas.

*Don't forget to bring everything you need for fishing.
