Accommodations
A limited number of cabins and rooms are available onsite at Covey rise; please contact for first come, first served availability. Additional accommodations can be found in Amite, LA: Comfort Inn (985-748-5550), Holiday Inn Express (985-747-0400), and Colonial Inn (985-748-3202)
Golf Carts
Golf carts are welcome at Covey Rise, but please no four-wheelers/ATVs. If you wish to rent a golf cart, please contact Eric Dolly with Herc Rentals at 504-315-9371 by Friday, September 4. Herc will arrange for delivery of the rented carts. Teams wishing to rent golf carts or reserve accommodations are encouraged to do so early as locations fill up and carts are limited. The tournament does not provide golf carts or accommodations.
Door Prizes
As an extra thank-you to participants, the tournament is looking for donations of door prizes such as coolers, shooting glasses, or other outdoor products. If you would like to donate an item, please do so by contacting Tracy Jones. .
Ditty Bags
Want to market your company? Consider contributing items for shooter ditty bags, such as drink cozies, hats, or other items. Up to 250 shooters are expected. Please contact Tracy Jones
