CABINS ON THE LAKE
Our Cabins on the Lake offer an investment opportunity as well as a terrific spot for relaxation, recreation, and hurricane evacuation. The cabins make ideal second homes for those interested in a home away from home in the woods that also has the potential to generate income through a rental management program. Because the homeowner association maintains the property grounds, cabin owners can enjoy the pleasures of country living without the chore of landscape upkeep. Cabins may be purchased with a generator upgrade. Given the number of weather events in south Louisiana, this is a very attractive option, making your cabin a true port in—or after—a storm.
Included in membership in the homeowner association is the right to use the pool and Conference Center as well as the lake and surrounding trails. Maid and catering services are offered through Covey Rise Lodge for an additional charge. At present, three cabins are for sale, and sites for up to fifteen more cabins are available.
