ABOUT COVEY RISE CABINS
These well-appointed cabins, each with three bedrooms, three full en suite baths and one half bath, are situated within a pine grove that rims our beautiful fifteen-acre lake. They are particularly convenient for those staying overnight for events at the nearby Conference Center and for overflow accommodations for overnight events at the Lodge. The individual cabins also work well for smaller meeting, seminar or retreat groups that desire the privacy and seclusion Covey Rise offers but do not require the amount of space afforded by the Lodge or Conference Center. For an additional charge, meals can be catered on site in the cabin kitchens.
Although the cabins have essentially the same floorplan, each cabin is individually decorated and has its own unique appeal. Designed as “lock-outs,” all or part of a cabin may be rented depending on your needs .
The living area suites include fully-equipped kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, either an open fireplace or a wood-burning stove, a large screen TV with DVD player, and a dining table that seats at least eight.
The master bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the master baths have separate bathtubs and showers. The two rear bedrooms contain a variety of twin, queen, and bunk bed combinations.
So that all of the comforts and conveniences of home are at your fingertips, each cabin has a washer and dryer accessible to all cabin guests. Wireless Internet is available, and hair dryers, microwaves , ice machines, and coffeemakers are among the small appliances that are standard in each cabin. An initial supply of toiletries and kitchen and laundry products is provided.
In addition to the many interior amenities, the cabins offer a number of exterior ones. All have outdoor kitchens that include gas grills, gas burners, sinks, and ceiling fans. Rocking chairs and other outdoor seating make porch sitting a pleasure. Some cabins offer additional terraced areas with fire pits to further enhance your enjoyment of the natural beauty of the surroundings. Cabin guests are welcome to use the pool, patio, and Conference Center bathrooms. Arrangements may be made to use the main room of the Conference Center as well.
RESERVATION POLICY
All events will require a non-refundable 50% deposit before a booking can occur. The remaining balance must be paid-in-full before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits will be refunded less a 15% processing fee if cancellation notice is received in writing 45 days before arrival date, thereafter, deposits are non-refundable.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are neither expected nor necessary. AT YOUR CHOICE, Covey Rise Lodge will either add a standard service charge of 15% or add an amount specified by you to your invoice. This will be distributed to your guide or other service personnel according to your wishes.
